Thursday, no matter how the election goes on Tuesday, we will rally at the District Office at 4:30 PM to demand term limits for board members and for the board to support the superintendent instead of the board member who has been threatening her. The judge renewed the restraining order against Trustee Tran for one year, requiring him to stay away from Dr. Bauer. Rather than having Tran stay away from the board meeting, President Herrera has instructed Dr. Bauer to leave the building prior to the meeting so Tran can attend the meeting.
